Pinknapo Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pinknapo! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a smooth return process.

This Return Policy applies to all products purchased directly from pinknapo.com. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be returned in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
  • Non-Final Sale: Certain items, such as clearance products or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, to initiate a return.

If your return does not meet these requirements, we may refuse the return or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email with the return authorization, instructions, and a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic returns only). Return shipping fees may apply to international returns.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective products).
  • If we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

c. Packing the Return

Please pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and documentation. Ensure the return package is well-protected to avoid any damage during transit. You may use the return label we provide or ship the item via your preferred carrier.

3. Refunds and Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product(s) returned. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your return is not eligible for a refund (e.g., the item is used, damaged, or marked as final sale), we will notify you via email and return the item to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to return the item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired product. This ensures that you receive the correct item in the appropriate size, color, or style.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Please include photos of the damage or defect in your return request email to expedite the process.
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

6. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, the process is similar to domestic returns, but please note the following:

  • Return Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide return labels for international returns.
  • Customs and Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that any returns from international locations are clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on the customs form to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Pinknapo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address or failure to pick up), we will issue a refund for the product(s), excluding any shipping fees. Alternatively, we can reship the package at your expense.
